Frequency.
The purpose of this page is to explain the use of the
radio system the Bruening Motorsports team uses to communicate between
team members.

Primary Use:

The main purpose the radio sets are used is to make Jeff
aware of track situations that may place him or the car in jeopardy. This
may include the awareness of a crash or simply being "clear" when a pass
is made.

Secondary Uses:

Discussion of the handling of the car and operating conditions
of the engine.

Making aware of the anticipation of the green flag.

Calling out of lap times during practice.
Disclaimer:
Under normal circumstances, the Bruening Motorsports team
is courteous to those who listen in.
However, when unfavorable events take place, irretractable
blasphemous statements may be made. This type of conversation is
not customary, but does happen. We rate our radio transmissions "PG."
Radio Frequency:
If you have a handheld scanner, you may enjoy listening in
on our team.
The frequency is 467.1625 (467.162 on some scanners.)
The team also has another frequency (unpublished) for
use if necessary.
